Public Welfare is an important support system of the United States government. Welfare has its benefits, but the system has pitfalls. Instead of abolishing welfare as critics of the system suggest, reforms can be made to correct the problems while government, either on the state or federal.
Child support is a form of welfare. To this there should be one common goal: people need to deal with problems themselves and quit involving the government. There are much more important problems for the government to deal with, than people messing around and needing a form of government induced welfare.
